Citizenship and Naturalization

Applying for citizenship is a significant personal decision. Before preparing an application, we review the relevant immigration history and any circumstances that may affect eligibility or require further analysis.

Our work includes eligibility review, preparation of the application and supporting record, interview preparation and assistance with requests for additional information. When the question concerns possible citizenship through a parent, we first assess whether a different legal process applies.

Is citizenship automatic after receiving a green card?

No. Naturalization is a separate process with eligibility requirements. The appropriate route and timing depend on the individual's circumstances.
